Industrial Flex Building Sells for $3 Million in East Granby, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, GSL Newgate One LLC has sold 17 Connecticut South Drive, East Granby CT to JTI Realty LLC for $3,000,000. The 80,370 SF industrial flex building on 5.7 acres has been purchased by growing manufacturer, Joining Technologies, Inc. who has been in the space for the last 20 years.
