Hurley Wire expands to CT

The Arthur J. Hurley Company has purchased 60
Meadow Street, East Hartford from New Boston Fund for $1.5M. 
The Boston, Massachusetts based electrical wire and cable distribution company
will expand operations into the 52,214 SF industrial facility this fall.

Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in this
transaction.
