Grodsky leases 16K SF in Middletown CT

Mechanical contracting and service corporation The Grodsky Companies has leased 16,000 SF at 299 Industrial Park Road, Middletown. The 27,500 SF industrial facility on 2.42 acres is owned by Twenty Lexington LLC.

Colliers International represented the tenant and Regions Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction.
