Gerdau Steel expands in CT

Gerdau Long Steel North America has signed a long term lease at 75 Neal Court, Plainville, CT.  The Brazil-based rebar manufacturing company will occupy 65,000 SF of the 200,000 SF industrial facility on 11.25 acres.
