Gary Plastic Expanding to Shelton CT

According to ctpost, Bronx-based manufacturing company Gary Plastic Packaging Corporation has leased 207,000 SF at 710 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton for its manufacturing, office, warehouse and distribution services. The 452,414 SF industrial facility on 36 acres is owned by Sun Equity Partners.
