Fulfillment Works expands to North Haven

Fulfillment Works has leased 202,000 SF at 297 State Street, North Haven CT. The third party warehousing company relocated from Orange CT, more than doubling their space. 297 State Street is a 386,135 SF multi-tenant industrial facility on 17.23 acres owned by EIP 297 State Street LLC.
