Four units in Waterbury Medical Complex sell for $1.1M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, four units in the Waterbury Medical Office Complex, were by purchased by TMG LLC from Waterbury Property Investment LLC in the complex located at 1389 Main St. in Waterbury, CT. The units total 10,488 SF and sold for a combined $1.1M in a sale recorded Dec. 28th, 2022. Per the article, “TMG LLC, which is based in unit No. 123 in the Waterbury Medical center, bought units 107, 305, 323 and 325.”
