Four properties in Hartofrd sold for $25.56M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Essential Properties Realty Trust Inc. recently purchased four properties in Hartford as part of a sales-leaseback agreement. The sale included properties located at 231 Weston St., 2895 Main St., 2995 Main St., and 3080 Main St. Together, the four properties total over 220,000 SF.
