Former Channing Bete HQ Sold to Brewery

According to MassLive, 1 Community Place, South Deerfield MA has been purchased by Tree House Brewing Company. The 100,000 SF former Channing Bete headquarters on 41.27 acres sold for $4.95M. The brewery plans to open the new taproom by late winter of 2020 for can sales and, pending the status of the coronavirus pandemic, open fully next summer.
