Traditionally the Bloomfield-based regional food bank handled its facilities management with its own personnel. Of course, while that might be the most frugal move (for a company that makes an art form out of maximizing its resources), sometimes it’s not the most efficient.

Foodshare’s Bloomfield facility required ongoing management. However, it did not need a full-time facilities manager for its 50,000 square foot facility.
