FedEx facility purchased

(2/7/13) The FedEx distribution facility located at 456 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor CT has been purchased by the investment group, Suncap Windsor LLC for $32.2 M. The 224,061 SF, high bay facility was built for and occupied by FedEx in 2012. FedEx reportedly has a long term lease on the South Windsor property.
