Dairy co-op signs major lease in Enfield Distribution Center

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Argi-Mark Inc. signed a long term lease with Winstanley Enterprises for more than 260,000 SF in the property located at 113 North Maple St in Enfield, CT. This site will allow Argi-Mark to consolidate six other sites by adding 202,000 SF of dry storage and 60,000 SF of refrigerated space. Per the Article, “Agri-Mark brands include Cabot Creamery, McCadam Cheese, and other dairy product companies. The co-op consists of 600 farmer member owners, with 100% of profits going to farmers.”
