Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has extended its lease
at 700 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT.  Coldwell Banker has occupied the 2,250 SF free-standing building in the Drake Hill Mall since 1997.

Sentry Commercial represented Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the
transaction. The landlord, GPF-Drake Hill, LLC, was unrepresented.
