C&M relocates to Killingly CT

C & M Corporation has leased 147,878 SF at 349 Lake Road, Killingly, CT. The wire and cable design and manufacturing company relocated its operations from Wauregan, CT to this 210,000 SF industrial facility on 20 acres.

Cassidy Turley represented the tenant and Colliers International represented the landlord in this transaction.
