Cigna to Expand in Bloomfield CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Cigna is planning to expand its training and learning center at 1350 Hall Boulevard, Bloomfield from 5,900 SF to 11,210 SF.  Along with this expansion, the health insurance company is currently in the midst of a $90M renovation of its 900 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield campus.
