CCI renews 106K SF Wallingford lease

Warehousing, distribution and transportation services company CCI Logistics has renewed its 106,000 SF lease at 718 North Colony Road, Wallingford.  The 389,000 SF industrial facility on 34 acres is owned by Wallingford Business Park, LLC.  Reno Properties was the sole broker in this transaction.
