CBS expands in Newington CT

Connecticut Business Systems, LLC (CBS) recently
signed a long-term lease at 240 Pane Road, Newington, CT. The nationwide
office imaging solutions company has leased 40,000 SF of the 94,000 SF
modern industrial building owned by
Schüco USA.
 

Hart Group International, a collaborative effort of
Hartford, CT based Sentry Commercial and Southampton, PA Hart Corporation, represented the
landlord and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the tenant in this
transaction.
