The Sentry Commercial team attended the Builders Foundations Breakfast as a Gold Sponsor.
The goal? To help unite the #CRECommunity as an industry and spark change to prevent homelessness.
As a Founding Building Foundations Committee Member, our very own Mark Duclos, SIOR, CRE joined the speaker panel where he shared informative and inspiring stories.
The event also featured ‘on the spot’ fundraising raising, and the community stepped up big time reaching around a whopping $460,000 for United Way and its supported programs.

#InTheNews – Capital Community College (CCC) is considering moving into a new downtown Hartford campus.
Sentry Commercial’s office broker, Larry Levere, SIOR, was able to share his insight with Hartford Business Journal, “I think residents and students are critical to the vibrancy of downtown Hartford, so I am hoping that every effort will be made to keep CCC downtown.” He believes Capital Community College has numerous options downtown depending on what path they choose.

Mark Duclos attends the SIOR Global Southeast Regional Quail Hunt!
The SIOR Florida Chapter, SIOR of the Carolinas, SIOR Middle and East Tennessee Chapter, and SIOR Georgia chapters all competed in the annual event.
Some friendly competition rendered a wonderful networking opportunity and created some long lasting relationships.
They kicked it all off with a visit to the legendary Kevin’s Fine Outdoor Gear & Apparel! (https://kevinscatalog.com/), with Brian Lightle, CCIM, SIOR, CRE and Kevin himself then topped off with a taste test from 1861 Distillery (https://lnkd.in/gk-w9aBH).

After we enjoyed a delicious dinner from Saluté Tapas Restaurant & Bar, we headed to the Hartford Wolfpack vs. Bridgeport Islanders game! 🏒

Her daughter, Alona, competes on her team and they both recently traveled to Tropicana Resort Casino in Atlantic City, NJ for the YCADA 2023 Cheer Globals.
She was beyond proud of her team, and we are beyond proud of her.
