The organization operates counseling offices in West Hartford Center, Rockville, and Avon. They also provide in-school group counseling sessions at no charge for children attending West Hartford Public Schools.

The Bridge was represented by Sentry Commercial, and the landlord (Shield Street Associates) was represented by Colliers International.
