Bob’s plans HQ expansion in Manchester CT

Bob’s Discount Furniture is planning to build a new 103,000 SF facility adjacent to its existing 90,000 SF building at 428 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester to accommodate growth and consolidate management and administration into one corporate campus. The Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development will back the expansion in the form of low interest loans, grants and tax credits. Pending local and state approvals, the new facility is expected to bring up to 125 new jobs to the area.
