Baronet Coffee to relocate to Windsor CT

One Cup Realty, LLC d/b/a Baronet Coffee has purchased
701 Marshall Phelps Road, Windsor for $1.8M.  The high quality coffee roasting and import company will occupy this 51,768 SF industrial facility in the first quarter of 2016.
