Ashley HomeStore expands CT operations

Wisconsin based furniture retailer, Ashley HomeStore, recently signed a lease at 115-127 Park Avenue, East Hartford.  They are leasing 30,000 SF of warehouse space to support their retail operations in Connecticut.  

Hart Group International, a collaborative effort of Hartford, CT based Sentry Commercial and Southampton, PA Hart Corporation, represented Winstanley Enterprises LLC in this transaction.
