Apartment Rents Drop in 41 of 100 Top Markets

Apartment rents continue to drop in most of the US.  41 of 100 top markets show rent declines since the start of the pandemic.  The good news? The rate of decrease has slowed in the last two months.  Markets with the steepest declines?  Not a surprise, New York, San Francisco and Seattle.
