Amazon under contract in Windsor CT

Griffin Land and Nurseries, Inc. has announced they are under contract with Amazon.com to sell 90 acres on Day Hill Road, Windsor CT. The reported sale price for the parcel is $9.0 m. As previously reported, Amazon plans on constructing a 1.5m distribution center that will create approximately 390 jobs.
