Amazon signs 350K SF Lease in Manchester CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Amazon has leased 350,000 SF at 1339 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester. The 1.9M SF former JCPenney warehouse is owned by Winstanley Enterprises. Amazon will run four continuous shifts, bringing 600 new jobs to the area.
