Amazon Eyes Greendale Mall Site in Worcester MA

According to MassLive, the Greendale Mall in Worcester MA will be demolished and the owner, Finard Properties, will construct a new 121,212 SF distribution center on the site. At present, Amazon is the proposed tenant but a lease has yet to be signed. Amazon first announced its interest at a recent Worcester planning and zoning meeting and discussions are scheduled to continue December 30th.
