All Mail Direct leases 54K SF in Berlin CT

It has been reported that New Britain based All Mail Direct, Inc. has leased 54,000 SF at 128 Old Brickyard Lane, Berlin.

The 127,000 SF industrial facility on 45 acres is owned by Lakewood Associates, LLC.
