AFR renews Rocky Hill lease

American Furniture Rentals, Inc. has
recently signed a lease renewal at 299 Dividend Road, Rocky Hill.
 The nationwide residential, home styling, office and special event furniture
rental company has occupied this 32,600 SF industrial facility on 2.95
acres since 2005.

Sentry Commercial represented the landlord, Harold O. Johndrow, Jr. and Colliers International
represented the tenant in this transaction.
