Adam Equipment purchases land to build new HQs

Adam Equipment has purchased a 5.7 acre parcel at 6 Fox Hollow Road, Oxford, CT for $430,000.  The commercial balance and scale manufacturing company will build a new 25,000 SF facility to house its corporate headquarters, relocating operations from Danbury, CT.

Godin Property Brokers was the sole broker in this transaction.
