Accounting Rules Changes Likely Delayed

As many of you are aware, the commercial real estate industry has been pre-occupied with lots of issues…not the least of which is the projected accounting changes here in the US. It’s looking like those changes might be a little delayed at this point. What use to be a projected 2013 change is now looking more like 2015 (at least according to this recent CoStar article).
