975K SF Lease in Manchester CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Netherlands-based Ahold Delhaize has leased 975,000 SF at 1339 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester. This expansion of Stop & Shop’s parent company is expected to bring up to 700 new jobs to the area. The 2M SF former JCPenney distribution facility is owned by Winstanley Enterprises.
