700K SF leased at former Hallmark facility in Enfield CT

Winstanley Enterprises, LLC has announced two new leases at the former Hallmark Cards facility at 25 Bacon Road, Enfield CT:

 Veritiv Corporation will occupy 467,100 SF and Plastipak Holdings, Inc. will occupy 255,953 SF of the 1M SF distribution center on 325 acres.

Improvements have been made to both of the buildings on the property and Winstanley is planning to build a new 800,000 SF facility on the site, as well as new parking areas for cars and trailers, loading docks and a fueling station.
