55,000 SF Long-Term Lease in Bristol CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Bestsellers Wholesale has signed a long-term lease at 360 Minor Street in Bristol CT. The 55,000 SF distribution facility on 14.35 acres is owned by Braveman Bristol. Bestsellers Wholesale is an international clothing and fashion accessory company that has occupied the space since 2019.
