521,866 SF warehouse proposed in Bloomfield

According to the Hartford Business Journal, NorthPoint Development LLC has applied for permitting to construct a 521,886-square-foot warehouse on 56 acres in Bloomfield. The property located at 60-116 West Dudley Town Rd. is currently owned by CT Valley Properties III LLC. Per the article, the proposed warehouse would include, “…118 loading docks, 206 trailer parking spaces and 361 car parking spaces.”
