According to the Hartford Business Journal, Shelbourne Global Solutions, LLC has purchased 330 Main Street, Hartford CT from Crystal Sherrison, LLC. The three-story 43,300 SF office building sold for $3.1M. Shelbourne has purchased several downtown properties since 2014 including 100 Pearl Street and the Gold Building.
