421K SF Distribution Center Coming to South Windsor CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the real estate development and investment company Scannell Properties is currently building a 421,000 SF distribution center on 46 acres of vacant land in South Windsor. The new $50M facility will be leased long term by Home Depot to facilitate its online sales.
