40 Acres Sells for $4.4 Million in Windsor and Bloomfield, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Winfield Business Park LLC has sold 2195 Day Hill Road, Windsor CT and 1600 Blue Hills Ave, Bloomfield CT to New Haven-based biotech company, New England Cell Therapeutics for $4,400,000. The two undeveloped land properties have a total 40-acres within the Windsor Great Pond Village mixed-use development site.
