3PD expands to Wallingford CT

Last-mile, heavy-goods transportation provider 3PD, an XPO Logistics Company, has signed a long-term, 20,000 square foot lease in the Medway Distribution Center at 25 Research Parkway, Wallingford, CT.  The 203,700 square foot industrial warehouse facility is owned and managed by Benerofe Properties.
