359K SF Warehouse Proposed in South Windsor CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, UW Vintage Lane II LLC has submitted a proposal to build a 359,000 SF warehouse on 30.3 acres bordered by Talbot Lane and Governors Highway in South Windsor CT. The site application is currently pending before the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission as well as the Inland/Wetlands Conservation Commission amid residential concerns regarding the impact of such a large facility.
