32K SF Office Building Sells For $4.5 Million in Farmington, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Two Mile Road Realty Associates, a Litchfield-based limited liability company, sold 8 Two Mile Road, Farmington CT to Barnard Park LLC. Barnard Park LLC is headed by the president of a large chain of Valvoline service stations.

The 32,575 SF office building on 3.81 acres sold for $4,500,000.
