Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce that The Connecticut Spring and Stamping Corporation has purchased 85 Robert Porter Road, Southington CT from Bootstrap Real Estate I, LLC for $1,650,000. The international manufacturer of precision springs and metal shaped solutions purchased the 30,900 SF industrial facility on 2.54 acres to expand its business operations.

Sentry Commercial represented the buyer and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in this transaction.
