300,000 SF Office Building Sells for $52.2 Million in Shelton CT

According to the New Haven BIZ, Pitney Bowes has sold their Shelton CT office property, as a part of a sales-leaseback deal. The 300,000 SF office building on 22.7 acres, located at 27 and 35 Waterview Drive in Shelton CT sold to BDP Holdings for $52.2 million. The space is 100% leased to the Stamford-based, Pitney Bowes. They are one of Connecticut’s largest employers.
