300 Acres at Rentschler Field purchased for $78.47M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Massachusetts based National Development purchased 300 Acres at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT from Raytheon Technologies Corp. for $78.47M. Per the article, “Plans call for two logistics warehouses of up to a combined 2.5 million square feet, plus two smaller research and development buildings.” National Development is expected to build throughout 2023 before gaining occupancy permits early 2024.
