Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce that Ultimate Realty NYC, LLC has purchased 1640 John Fitch Boulevard, South Windsor, CT  from Cohen Properties LLC. The 256,000 SF industrial facility sold for $5,740,000.

Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in this transaction.
