250K SF Stop & Shop Warehouse coming to Plainville CT

According to the Hartford Courant, construction is underway for a 250,000 SF Stop & Shop frozen food warehouse on Northwest Drive in Plainville CT.  Ahold Delhaize USA, the parent company of Stop & Shop, is promising 200 new jobs in the heavily automated warehouse and guaranteeing that at least 30 of the new jobs will go to Plainville residents.
