According to the Hartford Business Journal, WS Cloverleaf LLC has purchased 1064 East Main Street, Meriden CT from Cloverleaf Realty LLC.  The 22,624 SF office property on 1.13 acres, also known as the Cloverleaf Building, sold for $2.7M.
