22K SF Industrial Sale in Bloomfield CT

The Bloomfield Property Group, LLC has recently purchased 9 Britton Drive, Bloomfield CT from Hermell Products, Inc. for $475,000.  Hermell Products has also signed a long term lease on 14,710 square feet of the 22,710 square foot facility.  The Bloomfield Property Group has the remaining 8,000 square feet available for lease.

Sentry Commercial represented Hermell Products and Godin Property Brokers represented the buyer in the sale/leaseback.
