20K SF Industrial Buildings Sell for $1.6 Million in Thomaston, CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, MH Chase LLC has sold 196 East Main Street, Thomaston CT to Marble Properties LLC. The properties consist of two buildings on 2.4 acres; one 10,863 SF office and warehouse building and a 9,936 SF prefabricated warehouse. Both buildings are zoned for heavy manufacturing.
