185K SF Office Sale in Glastonbury CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, real estate investment firm Hart Realty Advisers purchased 180 and 200 Glastonbury Boulevard, Glastonbury from Barings, LLC.  The two 4-story Somerset Square office buildings totaling 184,871 SF sold for $30.3M.
