According to the Hartford Business Journal, 200 Great Pond Drive, Windsor CT is scheduled to be auctioned on April 5-7. The 142,831 SF three-story corporate office building is currently 90% occupied by two tenants – GE Power and Milliman, Inc. The current owner, Equity Industrial Partners, has listed the starting auction bid at $6M.
